Raspberry mini pie

材料・調味料
Fresh raspberry
1/2 cup
Raspberry preserved
1/2 cup
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Lemon zest
1/2 tsp
Puff pastry
2 sheets
Confectioner sugar
作り方

Put a raspberry preserved in to microwave about 30 sec. Mix in lemon zest and lemon juice. Set aside.

Roll out 2 puff pastry. Cut each sheet into 6. Then roll each one in to square shape.

Preheat oven at 200 degree C. Fill each puff pastry with raspberry preserved.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from baking sheet to cool on a wire rack.

When cooled. Sprinkle some confectioner sugar and Top with fresh raspberry.
ポイント

You can add more sugar in your preserved for your desire sweet.
You can use any fruit or any jam you like. Homemade jam would be great.
