Lamb pizza with feta cheese and pine nuts

It's a pizza,but the flavour is moorish.Minced lamb has cumin and coriander seeds in it,tomato sauce has chili and honey.I am sure the Middle East has something similar,since they eat lots of flatbread.
Smells really like the Mediterranean and the Middle eastern food. Great👍👍👍. Love it so much.

Although i never had such topping,but I bet i really really really love this pizza! It's outstanding in SD's other pizza,i love flavor mixed cumin and coriander! Also must be best matching lamb and feta too!

You know if you close your eyes and eat this,this is definitely Middle East food,or may be Lebanese,Turkish...
But to serve as a pizza is not exactly my idea,again from something that I read,but can't remember where...You bet I love this,I have done this many times but never post before,but my bread
is better now,yep this one from a batch of white bread dough that I made,saved some for this pizza.I've been making white bread using Ken's white bread 50% poolish recipe(p98),I could remember it by heart now!
Of course I love make bread with levain,but time is tricky for me,let me enjoy looking at
your success instead!
