リックさんが以前に作ってらした、蓮根ハンバーグのようなこのお料理に魅了されたわたし♪
こういうお料理大好きなんです😋
丁寧に作り方を教えていただけたので作る事ができました♪

I think this look just fine,I like things fried slightly on the darker side anyway,that's where the lovely flavour comes from!So how do you like this?I hope you do,like I said there are so many version of this,and I love this best,not 100% of how that restaurant makes t

them,but quite close.I especially like the Chinese sausage and coriander put inside.Recently I have seen a version that use shredded lotus root(with the holes shredder),I want to try that sometime too.
