Vegan lentil burgers!

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Dry lentils
1 cup
Water
2 1/2 cup
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Onion

Carrot diced

Black pepper
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Rolled oats

Boil lentils with the water and salt for around 45 minutes or until soft and most of the water has evaporated.

Fry the onions and carrot for approximately 5 minutes or until slightly browned and soft.

In a bowl mix the cooked ingredients with the pepper, oats and soy sauce.

Form mixture into patties, the recipe should make 8-10.

Shallow fry for 1 to 2 minutes or for a healthier option, oven bake for 15.

These freeze brilliantly and can be cooked easily from frozen!
