gyoza,it adds an interesting texture,and in your spring roll,I think it gives a nice balance to the crispy spring roll wrapping.I also like that you put 甜麵醬 and ginger,I really can imagine how delicious this one tastes!Oh,that's a beautiful looking daikon sprout,I think I also seen this purple stem
