Muffin Tin Potatoes Gratin

材料・調味料 (6 人分)
russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 large
unsalted butter
2 tbsp + more for brushing
garlic finely minced
3 cloves
unbleached all purpose flour
2 tbsp
whole milk cold
3/4 cup
parmigiano reggiano grated
1/2 cup
sea salt
pinch
black pepper
pinch
cayenne
pinch
nutmeg
pinch
作り方

you will need a muffin tin to make this recipe. grease the muffin tin with butter

in a sauce pot, over medium heat, add in butter and let it melt. add in garlic and saute until fragrant, add in flour. using a whisk, stir to combine until the mixture is smooth and start to thicken

slowly and gradually add in the milk as you continue stirring. keep stirring until you have a smooth and thick consistency. remove from heat

immediately, add in parmigiano reggiano and fold it together. season it with nutmeg, salt and pepper. preheat oven to 200 degrees. place the sliced into the muffin tin. add in the cheese sauce. top each with a pinch of cayenne. repeat this process until all the potatoes and sauce is used up. it should make about 12 gratins

wack into the oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the potatoes is soft and tender. serve immediately! voila! muffin tin potatoes gratins!
ポイント

It is best to use a mandolin to sliced to thinly sliced the potatoes.
