Buffalo chicken dip・バッファローチキン風ディップ

材料・調味料
Chicken breast
2-3 pcs
Cream cheese, softened
2 pkgs/8 ounces
Ranch dressing
1 cup
Buffalo sauce
3/4 cup
(or Pepper sauce)
(3/4 cup)
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs
1/2 cup
Celery, cut into 8cm sticks
1 bunch
Crackers
1 box

Cut chicken breast into 1 cm. cubes and boil for 15 minutes or until done, and then shredded(use a food possessor if you have one, it's much easier:).

Transfer shredded chicken in a skillet and mix with Buffalo or Pepper sauce and heat over medium heat until heated through.

Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook whilst stirring until well blended and warm.

Mix in half of the shredded cheese and transfer mixture to a baking dish/pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bread crumbs over the top and bake at 190℃ for about 15-20 minutes or until dip is heated through, and cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown.

Serve hot with celery sticks and crackers. Other vegetables sticks such as carrots or cucumbers work as well:) Entire recipe makes about 5 cups, good for 10-15 people.
ポイント

If using a food processor for the chicken cubes, make sure you SHRED them NOT mince! Therefore, don't do it for too long. Also it's better to NOT use the pre-shredded cheese as they tend to make the dip greasier.
