Wash and peel carrots, potato, onion and chop them into medium pieces.

Melt the butter in a pan and sautée the onion first until it gets transparent, and add the potato and carrot and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add broth to the carrots, potato, and onion and cook until it gets tender.

Remove from heat and let it cool off slightly. Then with blending machine, blend the soup until it gets creamy.

Add salt and some pepper to taste. Whisk the cream, and pour a little bit of the cream into the soup.
