Persimmon cheese cake

The first dish for persimmon in this year.
I've found a ripe persimnon and made
this for dessert.
It's so yummy and recipe is as follows.

ingredient

1 ripe persimmon, about160g
1 egg,
160g cream cheese
50g suger.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
2 tablespoons brandy.
1/2 cups crushed cookies
3 tablespoo

3 tablespoons melted butter

170℃ oven for 40minutes.

Wow this sounds so good! Do you use the Squishy/slimy sort or the hard one and purée it?

in to the food processor then
put the tart dough.
