Tender chicken bits with soft noodle and veggies 嫰雞煨麵

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Dried soft white noodles
2 servings
Frozen chicken thigh
1 piece
Canned luncheon meat
Half small can
Chicken broth
400 ml
Any sorts of veggies
Depends on you
作り方

Defrost chicken thigh fillet

Cut into small pieces and marinate with seasoning

Leave for at least an hour

Add 200 ml of water and the chicken broth into saucepan and bring it to boil.

Try to see if taste is enough

Add the noodles and cook until soft

Add the chicken meat and luncheon meat and cook until cooked.

Add the veggies and cook

Until the noodle is cooked into your prefer texture

Ready to be served

If you want to get rid of the frozen taste of the chicken thigh, add some rice wine and chicken powder to marinate the meat.
