Before marinating ribs cut into the recommended segments along the rib bones - each pieces should get 2-5 bones.

Put ribs into a deep container, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add crushed (not squeezed) garlic. For marinade mix beer, honey, mustard and soya sauce and pour the mixture into container with ribs. Close and keep in refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

Grill marinade ribs in the oven 180C from both sides until beautiful golden brown crisp or barbecue.
