- Boil the beets, and grate them. Then blend them with blender.

- Mix the beets together with milk, flour, egg and sugar. Fry this mixture with 1tbs of oil.

- After frying, let cool the pancake down.

- When the pancake is cold, mix both cheese together and spread it on the top and roll it. Put it fridge for around 1-2hours.
