Shredded apple
1 1/2 cup
Cake flour
2 cups
Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp
Ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp

White sugar
3/4 cup
Brown sugar
3/4 cup
Oil
1/4 cup
Apple sauce
1/3 cup
Sour cream
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp
作り方

Preheat oven at 175 degree celcious.

Sift all dry ingredients. Set aside.

Mix together wet ingredients till smooth. Fold in dry ingredients to just combine.

Fold in shredded apple. Pour the batter into a pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
ポイント

You can use a muffin pan instead, but pour in only 3/4 of your mold. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
