Irish Coffee #St Patrick's Day

Irish whiskey: 1 oz/ 1 shot

espresso: 4 oz

homemade vegan whipped cream: 2 spoonful

brown cane sugar: 2 tbsp

warm water: 1 tbsp

ground espresso: for garnish

作り方

0: let's make the serving glass warm 1st. pour boiling water into the glass and set aside

1: in a small bowl, mix brown sugar and water until sugar dissolve and set aside. I'm using an Italian coffee brewer to brew my espresso. if you have a French press go ahead and use it.

2: once you have all the ingredients ready. pour out the water in the glass. pour in the Irish whiskey. mix the espresso and the sugar mixture, using a spoon to act as a "stopper", drop the espresso mixture to the spoon and onto the whiskey. this step will ensure different color layers. gently spoon the whipping cream on top of the coffee

3: garnish with ground espresso and serve immediately. voila! simple Irish coffee! Happy St Patrick's Day! Sláinte Mhaith!

ポイント

You can use any whiskey as long as it's Irish. I'm using Bailey Whiskey.
