七彩炒銀針粉 ☆

Rickさんからお土産にいただいた中国ソーセージを使って👆これを作りました♪ 初めて食べた時から大好きになったこのソーセージ♪ちょっとサラミっぽいんですが、香りがすごく良いんです💕また食べれて嬉しい😋💕
以前にいただいたレシピ本を参考に、焼き豚を使っていたのをソーセージに置き換えて作りました。巨大なモヤシに見えるのは麺です♪ (海老餃子の皮と同じ材料で作りました。食感がプリプリで美味しい💘)
今まで作った炒めものの中で一番のお気に入り！自分的には大満足な出来でした😋🎶🎶

Surprised,I didn't know you had this in your mind,And I am amazed by your Chinese dish again,I have never seen anyone making this from scratch,and what a perfect job,it's looks so authentic,no one would guess a Japanese lady did this!
So you remember this 銀針粉is made from the same dough as 蝦餃 skin,I

wonder if it's hard to shape..(it's an coincident,I had in mind making the Italian trofie too,with pesto!).You have used Chinese sausage well,substituting roast pork,you seems to understand the essence of Chinese cooking well!The colours are striking and of course Kojima San's plate,really great cho
