In another bowl, whisk egg whites when it becomes snow. Using the wooden spoon add into the egg yolk mix slowly until egg whites is finished.

The baking tray has to be deep. Preheat the oven 180C. Wipe the tray with veg. oil and put some flour. Put the egg mix into the pan and bake for 30-40min or until golden brown the surface.

Filling: Peel the 6-9 apples and grate them using cheese grater.

In the soup pan put and heat 2tbs of veg. oil, when it is hot add apples and sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon powder to taste. And cook for 5-6min. Then remove from the heat.

The sponge has to be cold. And pour the hot cooking apple on top of the sponge. When it is cold enough put whipping cream on the cake.
