Medaljoni sa pecurkama: Marinade meat: Cut finely or crash garlic. Wash meat, cut it in steaks (medallions) around 1.5cm and put in a bowl, add olive oil, garlic, little bit of salt and pepper and mix well. Add rosemary. Put it in the fridge for at least one hour.

Take the meat out from fridge, wrap each medallion with bacon and secure it with toothpick and cook in frying pan 2-3min on each side, then take them out and wrap in the aluminum foil.

Chop the onion and cut mushrooms into four. Put butter in frying pan, add white wine and chopped onion and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper. When almost done add fresh cream and wait until sauce is a little bit thicken. At the end add broccoli sprouts.

Serve sauce over medallions. It goes well with mashed or other potato dish.

Zapeceni krompir pire: Peel potatoes, cut them in half and put into boiling water with little bit of salt.

When it's done, throw the water and mash potatoes. While still hot, add Vegeta, little bit of salt and pepper, add eggs, chopped butter and sour cream. Add cottage cheese. Mix well.

Prepare baking clay pot, spread a little bit of oil and sprinkle bread crumbs on the bottom. Put potato mixture, even it and top it with mixed cheese. Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 30min. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve as side dish (goes well with meat).
