- make fresh dough..whichever you usually make. pizza dough works fine.

- roll dough out and cut into circles with a cereal plate or cutter

- add feta mixture and shape as you like by pinching corners

- brush them with egg wash and sprinkle seseme seeds if desired
- 4
- bake at 350 until golden
ポイント
tip* once baked, take out of the over and brush mazola oil on the dough. this will keep it soft and fluffy instead of going hard
