味噌汤、茄子、饭 | Egg plant dish with miso soup and a side of rice.

Eggplant

Minced meat
50g
Soy souce
Vinegar
Fermented soy bean paste
Rice
作り方

Dice the eggplant julienned and sprinkle some salt onto it. Mix it to get salt on every piece and m leave it for 10-15 minutes and leak out abundance of water.

Take out the eggplant and bake the minced meat.

This is a Dino-Japanese inspired dish. It’s good for during the summer. Best served hot, of course. Have a nice meal!
