Udon with bolognese sauce and okra/ミートソースとオクラのうどん

The other day I got off work late,and made this from just a few things from the fridge.Bolognese sauce was made awhile ago,and handmade udon from last week,along with the leftover okra from yamagata dashi ,I had a delicious summer meat sauce noodle,real quick too.
Sometimes I am grateful for my imagination I poccess,and my freezer too😁.

I love east-west dishes,pasta with Japanese things,and udon with Italian sauce,always work for me!

Everytime I make meat sauce,I make a lot,and keep it in the freezer,it's convenient to heat up again for quick dinner.I always add seasonal things in it to make it more interesting,this time was okura,my first try,and it was surprising delicious!The udon was also handmade,kept in the freezer.
Please make this dish your daughter,good with udon or pasta!
