Mashed Wedges Shiitake Mushroom Burger

Place sliced shiitake mushroom into a microwaveable bowl. Sprinkle coarse black pepper and fine salt. Add in olive oil and stir.

Then line pre packed potato wedges on top of mushrooms and microwave for 4 mins.

Once done, mashed the wedges and serve ingredients onto bread (spread with pesto sauce, chili flakes and mayonaise). Layer with fresh lettuce.

Great with a cuppa hot coffee! ^^
