Tart dough:
Butter

Almond powder

Filling:
Chocolate

Fresh cream
175cc
Milk
125cc
Custer sugar

作り方

The dough: Mix butter and sugar until it gets white and add egg mix very well. Add sifted flour and almond powder, combine lightly. Roll the dough 3mm, make it mold. Rest the dough for one hour in the fridge. Bake it for 15-25min at 180C.

Filling: Put fresh cream, milk and sugar in a pan and mix with heat until boil. Then add this mix to the chocolate and melt. Add 4 egg yolks and mix.

Then put butter and mix. And pour this chocolate mixture into the tart dough.

Preheat the oven to 180C and bake it for 10min. Take out from the oven while it’s surface is still shaking. And cool down then put into refrigerator.
