Tenderize the pork pieces by using the back of the knife on both sides of the meat.

Dry the pork slices with kitchen towel

spread salt and pepper onto both sides of the meat

Pat and cover plain flour on both sides of the meat.

dip the meat 1-by-1 into the whisked eggs then roll into the bread crumbs. Repeat the step before proceeding with the next slice. Let it stand fir 10 mins or overnight in the fridge.

heat a deep dish pan of oil. If meat slice is thick like mine, keep the fire low. Fry each side of meat for 3 mins before removing it onto the plate laid with kitchen towels.
