if using a Vietnamese dripper, bring water to a slight boil about 90 degrees. spoon the ground coffee into the dripper, and pour the water over. let the coffee drip into a cup

using a milk frother, froth coffee until foamy. prepare a serving cup with condensed milk. gently pour the coffee over into the serving cup, using a spoon to block the foam from dripping. lastly, spoon the foam over the serving cup. Serve! Voila! 3 layered Vietnamese coffee!
