Bread

Here are some of the bread I've making,all using commercial yeast,will move on to natural leaven next time.
-Raisin and walnut twisted bread(baguette dough)
-baguette
-black sesame and yuzu whole wheat bread
-Fig and orange rye bread

I love both sesame and yuzu,and they are great together,it's very unique Japanese taste!I found yuzu peel in HK's 富澤商店,I'm sure it's easy to get in Japan!I know you like making bread too,please try and let me know what you think!Thank you so much for all resnaps.
