The usual hummus uses a sesame paste called tahini,we in Asia has similar thing,even made with black sesame,I thought it would be interesting but it actually turned into this unappetizing grayish colour,taste was ok though.I had nothing else to post and I dug out this one from long time ago.
Hummus is made from ヒヨコ豆 and a sesame paste called tahini,it's too expensive these days and I don't think there is too much difference with our sesame paste,I always use it as a replacement now,black this time to make it interesting.The seeds are only on top to garnish.Thanks so much,happy you like
