Thank you,I highly recommend this! This is more like wafu style,meat sauce made with red miso,tobanjan and dried shiitake...,soup made with sesame paste, dashi, shoyu, sake.... Of course you could do it the way you prefer! It's best to eat with a scoop of everything! I am so glad you like this,thank you!
You are welcome! I do like anything wafu!! Also that day I only have dashi and no chicken stock.... Oh there's more,I used pork,but chicken also works if you like,and drizzle chilli oil on too if prefer more spicy!

Well,you succeeded,didn't you?It's far from pitiful,in fact quite beautifully done,onigiri made into ume shape,we are right at ume season now!! You liked my version 😊thank you...actually I made two plates! the other one have little pcs of ちんげん菜 I sprinkled on top of tantan sauce,but they dont look appetizing on pics! they look like wilted greens:( ...that plate tasted better though😅 I love yakionigiri in お茶漬けtoo! so refreshing さっぱり?
