This was inspired by a Vietnamese dish. The original is beef rolled in a special leaf called lob and eat with a fermented fish sauce. Not to mistaken with fish sauce. That leaf is very difficult to find here in the US and didnt have the fermented fish either. so... i substitute it with sesame leaves
