Stuffed you tiao

carrot bites,
作り方

Spilt out the you tiao , stuffed in the prepared, stuffing

Stuffing: prawn paste, squid paste or fish paste. Mix well
Chopped small carrot cubes & spring onions.
Add in a pinch of salt , a little sesame oil & corn flour.
Spread the paste into the gap and smoothen.
Put to fried pan or air fryer .
ポイント

Mixed all well and do the throwing paste method, so the paste will be more sticky.
Sprinkled some white sesame on the paste .
