Borscht🇷🇴 Fermented Wheat Bran🇷🇴

Wheat bran

Bread(Any)

Corn flour

Water (cold boiled water)

Make the husti(starter): in a pot, crumble the bread, add 200g wheat bran and moisten these ingredients with a little water.

After we prepared the husti(starter), let it in the pot 2days for fermenting (the pot should stay in a warm place)

Another 2days after, add 400g wheat bran, 2tbs corn flour and 5L of warm water; let this composition 2 days for fermentation.

After 2days(no 3), strain and put it in clean plastic bottles.

Keep it always in the fridge.
