Stir fry Udon with Crispy Beancurd and Shiitake Mushroom

Boil udon and drain with cold water. Set aside with a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of salt.

Stir fry Sauce Mixture:
Olive oil
Sesame oil
Vege Oyster Sauce
Salt
White pepper
Sugar
Minced fragrance leaf (xiang chun)
Minced vege mutton
Minced baby celery
Sliced young ginger
Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms

Mix udon to stir fry sauce.
Serve with crispy beancurd and fresh lettuce..Add a dash of chili powder!
