You see,I am not familiar with this fish,all I know it's used a lot in Spanish cuisine,I check the internet,it must be the same thing,merluza and hake,and wow,what an evil looking thing!Anyway,I bought this one,already cut into filets and frozen,so the handling was easy for me,and it

was delicious.It's just a simple dish,I am sure you could make it,I think cod could be use instead if hake is not available.
