In a bowl add flour, cheese, salt and butter, mix well until it resembles sand like texture and everything is well incorporated. Note: you can adjust the salt according to your taste and it can also be completely omited.

Add the milk and mix to a semi soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth for about 15 mins.

Knead the dough a little and then roll it out very thin.

Using a knife cut the dough into small squares. You can also cut into strips, both works well.

Heat some oil in a pan on medium heat. When oil is hot enough fry the dough until golden. This process is very quick so be sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
