Apple Pie with Caramel

Home made the pastry and caramel is easy。 cream, sugar, butter = caramel
Apple cut up add lemon juice and salt then add on to the caramel. Pastry just flour, butter and milk or water. Add shortening to your dough if you like otherwise makes not much of different.
