It's a lemon yellow cake with a blueberry infused Italian meringue butter cream between the layers and tpped with a lemon-vanilla Italian butter cream frosting

One of the tricks I've been doing lately is, to make a lemon sugar, using the necessary amount of sugar and zested lemon and processing in the food processor. I enjoy very lemony stuff.
