Procedure : Preheat oven to 350 degree F ( 180 degree C) . Butter or spray with a non stick with vegetable spray. The bottom and sides of your loaf pan (9X5X3 inch) ( 23 x13x8cm) .
In a bowl whisk together the flour , baking powder salt and lemon zest . Remove 1 tablespoon of mix in small bowl put your blueberries and mix it with one tablespoon of the mix flour and set aside . This a trick to prevent the blueberries from sinking to the bottom of the pan during baking .
In a bowl mixer or hand electric mixer , beat the butter until softer about a minute add sugar and continue to beat until light and fluffy., add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extra and lemon juice in low speed , add the mixture in 3 addition and milk in 2 additions alternately, starting and ending with the flour . Mix only until combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Scrape the batter into prepared pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes depend on your oven each oven have different tempature. Until golden brown and toothpick inserted came out clean . When it cool cool it down and set aside to prepare Your lemon glaze ..
