Cut the sweet potato into smaller pieces and microwave them w a little water until they are cooked. Remove the skin. Mush them in a large bowl. Preheat the oven at 180C.

Add the remaining ingredients in the bowl n mix them well.

Form about 1 inch diameter balls and place them in a baking pan. Press the middle of the ball with a finger. Bake them for about 10 min or until they turn golden brown.
