The dough: Mix flour, egg, oil, salt and water. Knead for around 10min then let it rest around 30min at room temperature.

Meanwhile, prepare the mashed potatoes: peel potatoes and cut into big pieces and put them in a pot, add water and bring it to boil. When the potatoes are cooked, drain water and mash the potatoes, and add butter, feta cheese, salt and mix them well.

After the dough rested, start to make it flat with a paddle. Roll the dough thin, cut into 8cm circles (using appropriate glass).

Take each circle, put potato mixture on the center of the dough, fold the circle and close the ends.

Repeat until everything finished.

In a pot boil water with a pinch of salt, when the water is boiling add the dumplings and boil them until they will start to float.

Serve the dumplings with feta cheese or fried onion with tomato sauce.
