Haven't made fresh pasta for a long time,seeing Yukari's 銀針粉 made me want to try the very similar Italian version,trofie.Rolling with hand one by one,although I got the hang of it and speeded up the action towards the end ,it still took me too long just to make two portions.And they weren't as rewar
rewarding as they should,I'll stick with dried spaghetti next time...

Thank you,Makiko San,it's a very nice compliment!Pesto Genovese is one of the things I first learned and still making very often now.But trofie is the first time,I heard the Italians usually pair pesto with it,so I need to try how it is.It was ok,but I think I need to improve on this fresh pasta,esp
especially the speed!
