Butter

Take your flour and sugar and pass through a sieve next add the butter(cold) and mix together with your fingers until it becomes like a light crumble.
Same as scorn procedure.

Add the egg and milk(mix them well first) and combine to form a dough, wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30min.

On floured surface roll out the dough and using a cutter cut out the shape that you need for your dish.
