Chop finely the onion. Crush garlic. Soak bread crumbs in water. Cut parsley finely (for decoration). Slice mushrooms.

Mix the meat, onion, and garlic, add soaked bread crumbs, salt, pepper, sprinkle spices, add the egg then mix well by hands. Leave mixture to for 20min in a cool place.

Wet your hands and make meatballs, roll them in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Take them aside.

Sauce: in the same frying pan with oil, fry 2tbsp of flour, (Turn off the heat) add paprika powder and mushrooms. Pour tomato juice and water, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and stir sauce until thick (medium heat).

After some 15min, drop the meatballs into the sauce and let the dish to simmer slowly another 10min or so, with stirring. Serve with mash potatoes.
