What should I make it for this?

ingredients

Double cherry blossoms,salt,plum wine.
What? You can eat cherry blossoms? 😮 that is so cool! Having a cherry tree in my garden and not knowing that you could eat them for all these years makes me feel stupid! 😰

Is a japanese cherry tree ok, that doesn't actually produce any cherries, but has blossoms? Are the flowers still edible?
