Soak the beans overnight in plenty of water. Throw away any beans that rise to the surface.

Cook beans in 1.5l of water and skim off any foam that rises to the top. After boiling cook it for 10min, then drain and throw away water. Pour another 1.5l of water. Cook on medium heat with the lid until soft enough so you can mash the beans and eat it without any problem. Cooking time depends on beans you use. If it run out of water add some more because it is necessary the beans to be in the water all the time. After cooked beans, don't throw away water.

In large casserole or fry pan put the oil and sautée onion and green onion on the medium heat until translucent. Add paprika powder, dry seasoning and salt and sautée for another two min.
Preheat the oven to 220C.

In a clay pot place 1/3 of onion mixture then half of beans, then another 1/3 of onion, then the rest of beans and the rest of onion on the top. Beans have to be soaked into the mixture and water(beans cooked water) not to get too dry when baking. Put in the oven, bake for 1hour. After 20min stir once gently, put sausages on the top and continue baking. Serve at room temperature.
