thank you, my photos are a collection of working as an instructor at the International Culinary School in NYC and executive chef and two restaurants sous chef in three restaurants and later owned two of my own restaurant which I have sold but I will hopefully have a food truck this summer.

I use to go to NYC every year during my college years b/c my best friend is from ny. I miss all the wonderful food and culture in NY. I hope to go visit nyc again when my kids are grown and I will look for your food truck. You will probably have ten food trucks by then :).
