Breakfast Burrito

材料・調味料
Eggs

Bell Pepper, diced
1/8 cup
Tomato, diced
1/8 cup
Andouli sausage, diced
1/2 link
Tortillas

作り方

Sauté sausage in medium size skillet on medium heat, until some fat is cooked out

Add tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook until desired softness of peppers.

Lay out tortillas and split sausage, pepper and tomato mix between the two tortillas.

Scramble eggs, seasoning according to taste. Add to the tortillas.

Fold tortillas and put back in the skillet, fold side down. Flip after 30 seconds. serve after another 30 seconds.
