To: yukaringg so sorry for the late reply,I almost missed this important message!I used 八角,but pound into a powder,along with cumin,coriander seed,clove,green and black cardamom, cinnamon,black pepper.Also add chili powder and turmeric into the mix too. The whole 八角on the top was added for decoratio

To: yukaringg ok,good,then I have to tell you more...,saute onion slices with the spice mix,add ginger and garlic(pound into a paste),then add your meat and cook.I also have coconut cream in this, which most Southeast Asian curries use.Actually I made a cashew nut paste(cashew steeped in warm water

To: noborionapple 就是用生的腰果自已做的:加䁔水浸泡一小時,磨成幼滑的糊狀便可,我做的時候也準備了這個,是用來thicken的,但放入椰汁後以經濃稠起來,結果我也只是用了一丁點罷了,所以你可不必做了。還有不夠香料得話,fennel seed 茴香籽也可考慮。喜歡帶酸的話,也可下tamarind酸子的。
