Mix beef and steak sauce, eggs, white bread, bread crumbs, cheese, 4 gloves of garlic, 1 tbsp basil, salt and pepper. Roll meat into 2 inch medium sized meatballs and place on nonstick cookie sheet greased with olive oil. Bake balls 11-15 minutes, until no longer pink.

Heat medium pot over moderate heat. Add Rahul pasta sauce, rest of the garlic and pepper flakes. Sauté 10 minutes. Add beef stock, diced tomatoes, sugar and herbs. Bring to a simmer and cook for about to 20 minutes. Add the meatballs to sauce and cook for extra 15 minutes.
