Chinese Char Sui BBQ Pork Belly
Marinade
Char Sui
Five Spice
Hoi Sin Sauce
Garlic
Rice Wine Vinegar
Fresh Ginger
Marinate for 3 hrs then drop into boiling water cook until tender take out dry and poke top skin cover with a light glaze of the marinade place rock salt on top then cook for 45-60mins at 180c until nice a crisp serve
