I let my dough rest too long so it was very yeasty and sticky before the bake, but still led to a very soft and tasty bread!

How does it look once you cut it?

I made little rolls that have no swirl that I ate, the big bread I haven't cut open yet, but the first ones I made had a perfect swirl inside
