リックの豆腐鉄板麻婆ソース

リックのこの料理、以前に作って美味しかったので再度作りました。

今回は豆腐に加え、奈良で購入した「柔らかな絹揚」のダブル鉄板で！

本当に素晴らしい料理だと！

勝手ながら、またまたリックを食べ共に、センス溢れるリックに乾杯！

This 柔らかな縜揚 tofu sounds amazing,nice crispy and aromatic outer skin,and super soft outside,it works perfectly with this sauce,sizzling hot serving on the table and pleasing visual effort too,that's awesome!We have to cheers乾杯 to this!
